good versus bad carbs I didn't ask

A random sampling in my diary, 6 separate days, what food gave me the most carb calories.

Boudin(sausage)

baked oatmeal with blueberries

Doritos

Hash Browns

Spicy Black Bean Pita Wrap

chocolate milk

Each day was something different. I need to remember to ask if they are good/bad, clean/dirty, where they fall on the GI list, or just plain naughty. They did provide me with additional energy for the day so maybe they have something in common after all.

I believe they did; in fact, I think they all did! So are they bad? Naughty? What label can we give them which fits all of them?

I'm just picturing a pint of gelato dressed in S&M gear.

I believe July's challenge was the Gelato's for me. The Sorbetto "Alphonso's Mangos" is going to find its way in to a smoothie very soon ;) I am going to assume S&M does not stand for sugar and molasses
