sedentary v. anaerobic v. aerobic; starch v. honey v. sugar? Do you mean this? Are you looking for activity and the reaction pre-during-post?

Personally, I wish you'd keep posting here and specifically the reduction of sugar either by gram or day or something. You have a very well informed group helping out and for some people lurking the answers you find can help them too. Continued success. It is a joy to watch your progression.

Quick review; you are out of balance and have time to pack lunch but do not want to take the time. You are building muscle and aren't sure if you are eating in a surplus. Your trainer is killing you. You work late? Does this sum it up? Is there more? Wait. You've done 2 sessions? Just a crazy thought: Prior to those 2…

How tall are you? How many calories (approximately) do you burn for a workout? And you say October? October 1st or 31st? If you can answer these questions it helps to figure out where you are and what might be some of the issues you are facing.

So, your doctor has much more information on your health then we have handy. I'd recommend having the test in a fasted state. Cardiology group I started going to said 8 hours is fine and I've done 12 before. So, ask questions about fasting state if they re-test you. Also, losing 41 pounds in about 4 months the majority of…

Not quite sure how you can determine they are healthy. OP has lost 40 pounds. Was it in 10 weeks/months/years? Maybe the better question is why was the test ordered? More importantly why was it not performed in a fasted state? OP, as others have said, a second test makes sense. Maybe semi-annually if you have a family…

In the event you are in free fall in an elevator just jump prior to impact. No harm will come to you.

Bottom line, you changed goals or at least goal posts(psychology ?!?). I can see you do not want a conversation about what you may or may not be seeing or attempting but rather a constant dog chase tale scenario. I'm done; best of luck. Oh, some of the people on here who have commented gave you solid advice. Hopefully some…

Yikes! We did the Devil's Lookout(I think that is what it was called) in Colorado last year. Nice elevation change. Last 144 steps were steep.

I also dug... It is commonly believed that multiple small meals increase metabolism and lead to increased overall energy expenditure. Following every meal there is an increase in expenditure due to the processing of the nutrients, commonly referred to Thermic Effect of Food (TEF) (78). A common belief therefore is that…

I agree, slower is better. Take the long view, make small changes, and continue.
