Sorry guys. I crashed and burned today. I couldn't get the challenge in. I'm having a hard time with my hamstring and I have a long run scheduled for tomorrow so I took it easy today. I also tend to eat a little more on Fridays to help with my long Saturday run so...I am over on my calories...ugh. BUT I got my water in!

Love the 21s, hate the jumping jacks, but they're both done. Water in. Under calories. Walked an extra 1.5 miles today after my run so I'm finished with my pledge of 10 miles. Have a good night everyone!

Increase your distance slowly so you don't get hurt. You want to push yourself a little, that's how we get better, but not too much. A general rule of thumb is not to increase more than 10% per week.

All of my summer clothes (shorts, capris, tanks) are getting too big. Sunday morning check in.... I completed all of the challenges for the week, came in under calories each day, and drank all of my water. Weigh in this morning was 181.4 with a loss of 3.2 pounds.
