I had seen a post on Pintrest to bake them in the oven at 325 degrees for 20-30 minutes...I did that and it sucked :( The eggs spotted brown, cracked and one even shattered...though I have to admit that the shattered egg that I ate was a lot easier to peel. While I don't have my hands sweating I do get anxious and hurt when I "feel" like I'm hungry. I feel most anxious when I have added in a few meals and snacks all at one time instead of updating as I go. I hope this feeling goes away for you!

I felt the "carb flu" when I was on the South beach diet for like 4 weeks instead of 2 for the introduction phase...It does go away and I wouldn't say that it's a cop out, but just make sure it doesn't become a habit...
