  • It works for me. I can watch my calorie, fat and sodium intake. I'm on a low-sodium, low-fat diet. I stay away from processed foods, fried foods, most snack foods (except the occasional Pirate's Booty or plain popcorn) and sugary foods.   • I am doing my strength exercises 15 min a day on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. I forgot to post it here. So far, so good.:smile:
  • To start strength training 3x a week starting with 15 min a day working up to 30. Reward: ??? Will have to think about this one.
  • I make sure I eat enough protein at each meal and for a snack. It helps to keep me fuller. Also, veggies help. I don't eat a lot of starchy foods.
  • I don't use any of the programs in #1, not sure about #2 and I'd be interested in #3 & 4. I think being in Achievement.com is a good idea.
  • I have it on my agenda to look into joining the YMCA to do the water aerobic classes. Thanks for the idea of using a rehab facility. How do you go about doing that? I have chronic health conditions which should allow me to do this but is there a cost or how do you get your insurance to pay for it? Thanks. Cynthia
  • Add me. I need to lose 125 lbs. Have lost about 45 lbs since September of last year.
