No, I have some lovely meals out planned, at which I will not be scrutinising the menu for the healthiest thing, and will just be eating whatever I bloody well like!!! Going to try and get at least one class in a day though, apart from on the actual day. Got to try and counteract it in some way!!!

Exactly the same.... I do fine all day at work, go to the gym, and then have to battle with myself every night to eat what I have planned for my tea. I can take or leave sweet food, but my downfall is savoury snacks. I don't keep anything like that in, or the scotch eggs and sausage rolls etc would be consumed!!!

I'm 30 on the last day of June. This is my ultimate goal, and I hope to be at my goal weight by then. I will then be awarding myself four days off, and am determined to enjoy myself because it's another 10 years until my next big birthday. And I reckon so long as I keep up with some exercise over my birthday four days,…

I don't have cheat days, I have treat days. I plan when my next one is going to be, and have one a week. I plan what I will eat on the next one, and can plan my exercise accordingly. It gives me something to work towards, makes the 'good' days not seem as bad as I have something to look forward to. I really recommend…

Thanks guys - I have no problems at the moment, but I think prevention is the way forward here. It can't hurt me to take them, and they can only be beneficial. I'll go and get myself some when I get paid!

Hey there. My name is Katharine, been an MFP-er since mid March, and am currently at 10lb loss. My goal is another 15lb by 30 June - I have slacked off over Easter, with about 5% effort on nutrition (shameful) and 70% effort on exercise. It all starts from tomorrow!! But for today:- 1) Run 6 miles 2) Tidy and get ready for…

So... Do you post your daily goals on here, then quote when you have / have not done them? Love it - I set myself targets, but if I have told someone about them, then I feel duty bound to do them!
