Recipe help please!!
I have recently resurrected my steamer, and my love for it has been reignited!! However, I remember I never had many ideas of things to make in it. Can anyone suggest some easy recipes for me to do, things that are simple for evening after work meals? Thank you in advance!!!!

Is this too much breakfast?
I have 50g oats in my porridge, along with two dessert spoons of wheatgerm, and make it with 1 pint of skimmed milk (simply because I cannot stand thick porridge!!). It's a massive portion though, is this too much? To be fair it fills me up right though until (and past!) lunch.

Detox!
Bit of help please..... After a month of not really being careful about food (still exercising) I am starting a six week detox on Monday. What are basic detox rules? Nothing fancy because I know me, and I won't do it, but some basic stuff I can do to clear out my system and make myself feel better. Help much appreciated!
