Is this too much breakfast?

I have 50g oats in my porridge, along with two dessert spoons of wheatgerm, and make it with 1 pint of skimmed milk (simply because I cannot stand thick porridge!!). It's a massive portion though, is this too much?

To be fair it fills me up right though until (and past!) lunch.

    As long as you have a deficit at the end of the day, it doesn't matter how you spread your calories out.

    It doesn't matter what you eat at one meal as long as you stay under you're calories for the day. Eat a lot of food early or late. It doesn't really matter in terms of weight loss.
