I changed my lunch hour from 12:00 - 13:00 to 13:00 - 14:00. The reason being that everyone else goes at 12:00 so no one is left in the office to 'hold the fort', but also it works for me because I don't eat until quite late on an evening, after having been to the gym.

I am now down to my last six pounds to lose, with a (distant?!) hope of losing 2.5lb by next Wednesday. And I had a bit of a bad tea last night, so decided to have an extra bottle of water this morning, and an extra cup of green tea.

I am quite amazed at this.... I didn't feel hungry once all morning, and could easily have left having lunch. Obviously I didn't, and I'm glad I didn't, but how effective - I think I'll make this my new routine now!!!

    I love to eat, so I have little meals all day long, but I save some calories for cocktails at the end of the day. I never feel hungry because I'm always eating! I log everything, of course, I'm in front of a computer all day anyway.
