Count me in! I'm 5'4" and 151lb. Have spent the past year losing and gaining the same few pounds, ultimately getting nowhere! My lowest weight was 137lb so I've gained quite a bit. Want to get down to 133, so have got 18lb to lose, but 10 by June sounds like a good focus for now :-)

Thanks for the welcome! Great, will add you. Yes the woman is just plain mean! But like she says she "gets results" (was actually picturing her voice in my head then!) Well I hope she does anyway cos I've been in pain for 4 days lol. What level are you doing? x

Hi all, I started the 30 day shred on Wednesday so have just done day 4 on level 2. It's a killer, but I'm hoping it'll do something about my jelly belly and thighs! I finish it with a bright red head and unable to talk for 5 minutes so I think I'll wait a while before I even consider level 3!! Gonna have a look for her…
