Congratulations!!! 4 pounds is outstanding!!! Great job!!! I, unfortunately, gained 2 pounds. I could go on forever with reasons why, but I am not going to - NO MORE EXCUSES!!!! This week has been better so far. Goal is to do 150 sit-ups this week, I started Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred and I am eating better (so far).

I think everyone carries their weight differently - I knew a guy who had a belly as big as a 9 month pg woman, but he had a 19 inch neck so he always made tape. I have always ran the PRT, this is the first command I have been to where the eliptical and bike were an option - we didnt have either at my last command.

BAD BAD BAD!!!!!!! My 9 month old and husband are sick so I have been dealing with that, plus I have been working longer hours - basically, I have not worked out at all this week and I have been eating terribly. I am hoping to get back on track once things at work and at home settle down.

I am a veteran, I guess, but I have fallen off many times and gotten back on. I would have to agree with you on the water intake - mine is almost clear too! Plus my skin is alot clearer and not as dry as it used to be. What I really dislike is the constipation...uughh...it sucks! Sorry if that's TMI....

I didn't weigh in today - I wasn't at work and the scale at work is the only I use consistently so I didn't want to jinx it and use a different one. I will be weighing in tomorrow though and I hope I have a loss!!!!

Did you measure yourself? I find that I lose inches before I lose weight - I have gained weight but lost inches so it really just depends on your body. Don't get discouraged though - it takes time to lose weight (healthy) and it will come off - just keep with it and you will get results, if not on the scale then definitely…

I tried 1200 calories/day when I first started and yeah - I was starving!!! I bumped mine up to 1409 calories per day and then I get to eat more if I exercise.
