the time i crave sugar most is right after a work out so as soon as i finish a workout i get 1 chocolate (dove the good stuff lol) hardly any calories and i eat it right after and it makes it so i don't crave sugar the rest of the time. :) I also chew gum and eat altoid mints. :)

i love it. I just use 3 pound weights but it is still hard and you get can heavier ones the longer you go with it. :)

I tend to just grab a slimfast. But you could do hard boiled eggs or something like that

haha pack healthy snacks with you to take to class so if you get the munchies you can eat those and then when people tempt you with fast food you won't be hungry enough to give in. :)

haha not really-you crave things but just like you do on any other diet. I never felt that hungry... *shrug* but i have a hard time eating 1200 calories a day ever nowadays.

you take drops or shots and eat a VERY strict diet and it is like 500 calories a day. The HCG make your body pull from fat storage and keeps it from going into starvation mode you drop like a pound a day :)

I wake up at 5 AM for work every morning and getting out of bed is the hardest part. But once i am out of bed i flip on all the lights and turn on some music and then it doesn't feel so early in the morning anymore. Much easier. :)

I like anything to do with latin ballroom. samba music and chacha are the best for me. :)

Hey Tracy, Well if you are working out that often you are probably building up a lot of muscleton and slimming down on fat. Which would drop your waist line but not your weight because muscle weights more than fat.

I used to do that a lot as well. I found that instead of just saying I wouldn't do it I had to find something to replace it with.
