  • if you are doing all of that exercise, that is not NEARLY enough food. Get yourself a body bug (or something of that nature) and find out what you are burning a day. You probably have yourself in starvation mode. Also, your protein seems really low for all of that exercise.
  • I know it's not what you want to hear, but maybe you are just built that way. There is no way to pinpoint weight loss. When you lose, you just lose wherever it wants to lose from. Go see a trainer and get yourself a new routine but I think food is the biggest component of it. Of those 1200 calories, are they good calories?…
