I gained 70 lbs at pregnancy. Delivered 39 weeks 6 days. I'm surprised my OB didn't say anything. Delivered a healthy 9lb4oz kid. I also lost it all with mostly breastfeeding, good eating, and exercise.

Honestly I could care less about what other people do as long as they don't occupy my personal space at the gym. And also, OP's profile picture is pretty hypocritical when starting a thread like this.

I haven't read the comments but here's how I break it down for myself: 1) Cut the calories from drinks. You don't need them. Drink mostly water or maybe even green tea (0-calorie green tea) between and before meals to feel fuller. 2) Eat small, healthy snacks in between meals. By healthy snacks I mean fruits or vegetables.…

I would eat smaller, more filling meals more frequently throughout the day. Grapes and watermelons as fruits fill me up, with a lot of glasses of water. If water is boring, I would fill up on non-caloric beverages once in a while. (i.e. green tea) Have problems with cravings? I do for sure! Try brushing your teeth when you…

Try to eat your last meal of the day before 8 pm and set an earlier bedtime for yourself. If you do this for yourself more frequently weight loss will be much easier in the long run. Having a good night's sleep (Min. 6 hours) will also help your metabolism. Have no snacks after 8 and if it helps you might also want to…

I'm at 24h... if I go to the sport-level gyms it's always full. If I go to the active level ones they're about half capacity at peak hours. There's always room for dem cardio machines at the active level ones. There are about maybe.... 5ish 24h gyms around my area so I have a lot of room to choose from.

I've lost about about 25 lbs in 10 weeks twice in my life before on 1200cal/day and I can say that the rate of 1-2 lbs a week is normal at the start and there will be a time when you will plateau and hit a slow rate of even 0.1 a week. The beginning is usually the part where you see the most weight loss momentum and as you…

Oh yeah forgot to mention my profiles in polar and runkeeper are exactly the same

Actually, quite the opposite for me. I kept on with my exercise routine but my diet suffered. I gained 10 lbs in 4 months like a boss.

I'd say the worst part about going to the gym is trying to find parking at around peak hour times. You'll see a ton of people sitting in their cars chillin' on their phones with their car lights on while the rest of us are trying to find a spot. I've noticed this at almost every 24h location I've been to

Thank you guys for the advice and enlightening me on this! I thought I was one of the few with this issue

No. I even had my dude coworker smell me and he says I'm fine.
-
Stuff to add: - I eat the same stuff everyday for lunch. Steamed veggies (no extra stuff), green tea, and a blended up shake. None of these smell at all from a distance. I even asked people and they say it doesn't smell. - I do change from work-appropriate shoes (flat, closed toe shoes since I work IT) to gym shoes and…

Thanks for the insight guys!! btw I mentioned that picture was from the internet I did a google search on. It's not me! It's just the best picture I could find that fits the description of what I wear at work. As for the food thing, I eat veggies, a shake, and green tea for lunch. None of them smell at all.

I've been on nexplanon since 12/2/2013 and I had this same question too. I started the HMR diet program on 11/16/2013. I've noticed an increase in my appetite around the time I had it inserted, and gained about 1 lb. I used to have a normal cycle too before this and I had nonstop spotting/bleeding for about 2 months…
