in the evening after work around 9-11pm granted its only been a week and a half but ive actually been able to sleep better after a good workout

yes most of the time im about 100-150 cal under ans sometimes its more like 200 -250

well i added you because you lost mad weight and i need to know how to do it i need all the motivation i can get and people so what he pulled the race card stop being so sensitive its not like he said anything wrong he said how he felt and that his opinion its not like said anything negative
