Yeah totally agree that I don't really have a lot to lose, buti have awful cellulite so yeah maybe you're right. Strength training will firm me up. Anything I can do regarding what to eat though? Foods to avoid?

so are you saying that i would be in theory losing more weight than what i planned? i'm not over weight, i'm just trying to trim up, so maybe thats why the weight is really slowly coming off..? eating like this certainly won't make me put on weight or maintain will it?

seriously? i feel like i'm eating so much. i guess thats why this whole eating healthy thing is good. instead of eating an 800 calories pizza, i add up calories by other little things. hmm

I see what you mean. I absolutely adore breakfast so I've always been concerned that my breakfasts have always been around 50/60 carbs... Wasn't too sure whether or not it's an advisable thing to do that's all..

40g of porridge oats, 100 ml almond milk, 100ml of water, two teaspoons of sweetener and half teaspoon of cinnamon. It's amazing. Chop a banana on top too!

I'm only worried because my plates are always like piled high! Even though it's healthyish things.. I feel as though maybe I shouldn't be getting away with it! I a, logging the correct amounts as well.. And well because I'm not over weight (just trying to trim up a bit!) it's hard to tell how fast I should be losing..

Porridge with banana and cinnamon! Great fuel for a workout.

Try using a tortilla wrap as the base, spread some tomato purée or sauce on it, any veg topping and then low fat cottage cheese or mozzarella on top. It's awesome :) garlic prawns are also good on top!

Ive developed this as well!!! I have no idea what it is but it gets a lot worse after I eat peanut butter.... Strange.

About 133lbs but I carry most my weight on my bottom half so I have quite wobbly legs and lower tummy fat which I really want to get rid of. But yes I guess it is a lot about shape as well. I'm just slightly annoyed because I absolutely adore food and being on this diet is making me slightly sad as I have been cutting out…
