I'm in! I've lost 4 stones in the past year, most of which was before July, but have had a motivational slide over the summer where every week where I stick to the plan has been followed by a disastrous one so I will use this as a kick up the pants!! Also need some friends....any takers???

I understand how upsetting it can be to consider not spending so much time with your friend but your responsibility is to yourself and the decision you have made to be more healthy. Thanks for that. I know you're right and I'll try and remember that when I'm tempted. I think that I'm angry as well disappointed so perhaps I should just find somewhere to go and scream!! Anything particular been going on for you this week or just one of those things?
