From what I can see, I'd say 10 is pretty accurate. Certainly with the second part of that label :flowerforyou:

Well thats a huge ego boost, I really thought I was more 14. Nice thread OP :flowerforyou:

It was hard to find a pic lol! So is my fist assessment (14) ringing true-er or am I still off?
-
You are hard to place but I think you are def. too thin for 11!
-
Your right- not the best pic for this- this one is better: But I'll take the compliment :-)
-
I want to play :-) Me: Prob a bit like a 14? Its kinda hard cause I'm overly thin around my ribs but bigger on my lower half- but I'd say average overall then. I would like to be somewhere between a 5-6.

Great advice up there from NXD10. I would also add to leave the table satiated but not full if you're eating something very calorie dense. I find that about 10-15 minutes later you will feel full if you do this. I actually lost weight on a 2 week road trip recently by eating this way. We ate out for every meal, many of…

I think the rule is you combine a starch and a grain to get a complete protein from plants- rice and beans, potatoes and corn, etc. Corn tortillas and beans for instance, make a complete protein and are also awesome together <3

You look amazing and that is most definitely a beautiful dress, the color is great on you! Well done :flowerforyou:

Do whatever satisfies you most. Eat the food you love and can stick with forever. If you don't feel good on low carb- eat some carbs. Experiment until you find a diet that suits you, makes you feel good and is easy to maintain. Simple as that.

I would have dated men that were any height as long as I liked their personality. Also I'm not so sure height matters as much to women as people think. Its all about attitude. My brother is only 5'4'' and he always had ladies lining up. He pretty much thinks he's god's gift to women and chicks love it, even when he went to…

Everyone is different, even at similar heights. My mom never weighed more than 85lbs her whole adult life at 5ft tall. At my lowest I've weighed 110lbs. I'm ~113 in my pic (and also 5ft). If I lost 30lbs I'd probably die but my mom looked perfectly well at that weight. Moral of the story; go by what feels/looks good for…

I also lost ~30lbs not counting calories because I couldn't do this for long without going nuts several years ago. I just ate food that was more filling for the calories- to me that's protein and veggies. Its a lot like paleo but I hesitate to call it that because people get the wrong idea. The idea is you want to eat food…

I shop at Ann Taylor and Gap/Banana Republic online for petite clothes. They have a decent selection. So does L.L Bean, which is a little sportier but idk if they ship to the UK. Don't laugh- but I often buy Gap kids for stuff like tights and sweatpants. eta: check ebay too- it takes some patience to sort through it all…

Why 100lbs in 5 months? If you found the video inspiring, that's great but even the guy in that video only lost 70lbs in that time. He claims he lost 140lbs in 10 months, that's 14lbs per month, so x 5 months = 70lbs. Assuming weight loss is linear. ETA: I'm 5ft too :-) You should check this out:…

No I haven't- I'll have to try that though, it looks great!

Berries and potatoes are my favorite staples right now. I often will eat 3-4 bowl of berries these days as a dessert (especially with a few squares of dark chocolate) or as a snack and a generous portion of potatoes with most meals. Very satisfying. I buy whatever is in season; blueberries and blackberries are coming ripe…

Everyone I meet in Canada tells me I'm tiny. I like Canadians

Pretty sure you have to pick one goal at a time, but I'm no expert on that. If losing fat is more important to you do that first- its summer now so you might want to keep as lean as possible for a while and building muscle means putting on weight. Eat food whenever you want. For the rest, check out this link:…

36DD to 32DDD is actually a cup size smaller. The cup is relative to the band size. Check out sister sizes; http://www.brasize.com/bra-sister-size.html All the cups in the same row (same color) take up the same amount of volume- the only difference is the length of the band. You'll notice 32DDD is one row higher than…

If you already have a jump rope just do that. Or do burpees or sprints til you puke. Thats my fav. They're free.

This has inspired me to try some when I go to the store tonight but I'm lactose intolerant, which is their best sorbet? Their website says Roman Raspberry, Lisbon Lemon, Alphonso Mango, and Blood Orange are all dairy free and they all sound so good!
-
I'm not? I was just saying in case you didn't know.

cause these threads always end well.

I used to wear a 36DD but I''m pretty sure I used to wear the wrong size. All I know is that they were huge and painful and it was my dream to get a reduction. I lost close to 40lbs and you can see from my pic now- they're a completely manageable 32 f (in my fav. brand, Fantasie- I wear 32DDD/E in wacoal or natori). They…
