Interesting reading all the coments about how long it took people to get used to black. Took me like 1 year! I wanted to drink too much coffee to always add a creamer so I kept at it. Before that I couldn't stand it without sweetener and added either sugar free french vanilla coffee creamer or skim milk + sugar.

Yes. In my experiance I am thinnest when I am making sleep a priority. I have done intuitive eating (eat until satisfied) but not watching my sleep and am definitly bigger when I do that. I LOOVE curry for breakfast. Sadly haven't had any in a while. This morning I had left over "faux" pho. Bone broth topped with mint, basil, Siracha, steak and an egg dropped in rather than noodles. Easy and really tasty.

Its because people that tell others to "eat clean" often come off as sanctimonious and are usually ambiguous as to what they mean. I don't know why you would eat whole grain bread for the nutrients. Neither one is all that nutrient dense for the calories. Personally I would eat whatever one I liked. If the extra gram or two of fiber in a slice in the whole grain makes you feel fuller and you like the taste go for it.

this made me lol I'm shorter than my mom AND dad :sad: I always had to scale the shelves like most the ladies around here or grab a stool if I wasn't being too lazy. Another pro tip- if you jump up and grab something with a handle- the handle might knock something else down onto your head. Best get a stool for that :laugh:
