    My workout routine is: walking 6 miles, 5-6 days, in the morning, a week and heavy weight lifting 5 days a week alternating lower and upper body workouts, using barbells, weight plates, dumbbells, adjustable bench, bench press that comes with arm curls, leg extensions and curls, a curl bar and a mat, this my gym.

    ETA: Ohhh and a big fan and a radio. I live in Florida and my gym is in the garage. :wink: :laugh:

    I also eat plenty of proteins and drink lots of water and take 2 rest days from weight lifting and 1 day from cardio.

    Brilliant result! Well done. I had a look at your photos and your hard work has paid off big time. I looked particularly at your arms, because mine are looking pretty woeful, and WOW! Your abs are totally fab too, as is your back.

    I have been on this weight loss for over 2 1/2 years now, but I had breaks here and there. I have 1 more pound to my goal weight and then I will be ready for maintenance.
