i tried both and ditched WW.......... they ended up being pretty even at the end of each day. I tracked both for a while before making up my mind. I went with the one that is free for me : )

how funny, same with me...... quit WW points plus to do FP only... I like the structure of doing points better for some reason.. I will follow it better..

Sure, for bfast is typical a WW greek yogurt with fresh fruit, mid morning snack a banana, of course I have to change up bfast LOL, special K vanilla almond cereal w 2% milk ( good but 6 pts) or a 2 egg omelet made w fresh veggies and salsa.........on the weekends I have center cut bacon (same pts as turkey bacon and um um…
