Im the same, i look back at photos of myself 3-4 years ago and back then i was dieting because i thought i was fat. Now im bigger and wonder why i thought that? i looked great 3-4 years ago, why didnt i just make the most of it!! And the same, will i ever be happy with how i look? whether im thin or fat!! x

Litterally just browned off my beef in a pan, then bung caserole veg, the beef, what ever herbs and spices you like, oxo cube made to stock and some beer into the crockpot. I left it on low for 5 hours or so. transferred it to a caserole dish (doesnt need a lid) mix your dumplings (all i use is SE Flour, water & herbs)…

i hear its good to take a day recover now and again, as the the recovery time is when the weight comes off?! Sure someone told that in a previous shred. Ok, Ok i havent managed to keep on top of tracking my figures this week! And i feel awful, but i think the new challenge will be a good one for me this week! The 30DS dvd counts as cardio right? Might do two levels back to back each day! No change in measurements for me! xx
