Hi, 10 days of each level- so 10 days of level 1, then 2, then 3. Alot of people take a rest day inbetween or once a week but thats totally down to the individual. Thanks :-) I'd say I was happier with my results from 30DS but probably only because i lost more pounds and I kind of focus on that more than I should! I find it's more about inch loss with ripped x

I love my Elliptical also, because of the low impact thing. Running hurts my knees, so its a good compromise. Maybe try not having the tension on so high? And go for pure cardio rather than focusing on strengh? I also find strengh training doesnt make me out of breath but swear alot! But im no expert and would liek to see…

I personally only did the dvd, but maybe add in some other cardio/strength is you want additional weightloss/toning? thatd what im doing along side Ripped in 30 atm x

If your walking everywhere and carrying your stuff from different hostels day to day, youll be getting loads of exercise! My hairdresser friend told me once thats its the shampoo thich is bad for the hair, so i shampoo and condition every other day and then condition everyday. I cant go in the shower and not do my hair somehow! xx

I always do this! Although no longer on my phone, my boyfriend gets arsey if im checking the nutrional info on my phone while im out lol which i can understand, hes taken me out so why am i on my phone? So ill check out the menu before hand! No excuses! :-) x

Id say i do mine 5 days a week, but im think im going to add some more cardio in aswell. The results after the first week were notcieable but now im on week 3 and i dont think my body has changed much! It wouldnt hurt adding it in 3 days, its going to be better than not bothering at all xx
