There is not much of a change to other people but to me this is a lot...
The first pic is before MFP I was at 60kgs and on the second pic was taken yesterday at the weight of 55.5kgs
my waist is much narrower my *kitten* tho... Well I'm South African So that is something that will never change lol!
This is my success story... so far hehe
