What about beans, nuts, and protein shakes? Does cottage cheese count as cheese or yogurt count as milk? You will definitely need to stock up on fruits and veggies. Chicken broth or add an egg to make egg drop soup -- always fills me up! Good luck, hope this helps.

Weight watchers is not calorie counting, be careful. I have done both. While fruits and vegetables are low calorie, they are zero points because WW assumes and builds into their calculation that you will be eating an average amount of them. MFP does not assume you are eating ANY fruits and vegetables and you should track…

They didn't highlight that gap this season as much as last, but they are supposed to go home and "get used to their new lives". They want to make sure they can take what they learned and be successful at home. There is at least a couple weeks between going home and the finale!
