  • as someone that goes to the gym regularly i will tell you... i get upset when someone makes me notice them... most often I could care less about other people on the machine... and personally i would rather see a fat person exercising then a young pretty girl texting on the bench press... --ms

  • As ex-special forces and drill sargent.. my advice to you in your training for bootcamp I would do: 100push-up challenge and C25K and walk... everyday do your ab workouts... crunches, scissor kicks and sit-ups... However, Don't just worry about the big three (push-up, sit-ups, and run.) Go for a full body fitness program…
  • @Richard: At this time i'm not looking to bulk... I'm first worried about losing the fat... I will bulk up later.. after the fat is gone down to at least 15%... i'm at around 18% according to measurements at the gym... not sure how accurate they are.... but i figure I use different methods and get the same answer it has to…

  • to clearify my thoughts... • Have you thought about going on a little vacation from your diet and stop worrying about it... just eat healthy and exercise.. and in a week or two... hit it hard... a few red days are not going to kill you.... Sometimes we think or try too hard...

Also you need to get some Willpower when it comes to…
