I am good with sugar, but my issue is protein. I have been successful with eating the "berries." Strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, cantalope, honeydew and watermelon are my go to foods. I go for quantity and that's lots of those. Stay away from bananas, oranges, grapes and cherries. I love sweets also and so I just…
