Hi Jackie, welcome, congratulations on a great beginning :) and good luck on your journey!

Welcome, Amy. You can do this. The first step is acknowledging what you're doing wrong and the desire to change. The best of luck on your journey to a healthier, stronger YOU!

Don't put poison in your body.

No, I did not know. Interesting.

That's great news. Slow and steady! Congrats on a great start!

That's terrific. Great progress!

I'm interested. :) Let's do this!

I love cabbage rolls. Nom.

I have about 100 more pounds to go. Don't think you're dieting. Make a permanent lifestyle change. Commit and achieve. Good luck!

Sorry to hear that. Hope you never have to go through that again!

Why don't you buy dry beans, soak, cook. Add desired amount of salt or spices. You would never have to worry about sodium again.

Skipping meals has never worked for me. I always end up binging after. Don't beat yourself up. One day is not going to make you fat nor is it going to give you a smoking hot body. We make mistakes and we learn from them. That's life. Good luck :)

PS. I doubt you'll have to go back to eating meat. Also, check out nutritional yeast. It has a cheesy nutty flavor that you can add to your food and it is packed with B12.

I went from being on a low carb diet and consuming copious amounts of meat to vegetarian, almost vegan ( I eat eggs occasionally and some honey) 6 months ago. I was B12 and vit D deficient prior to my new lifestyle (one year ago at my last physical) and I have experienced mild cramping here and there, too. Doc had me take…

I'm in, too :) Let's do this!

Once you go black, you never go back. If you told me that three years ago, I'd think you're crazy. I suggest you invest in better coffee. You won't need creamer or milk. I promise. Good luck.
