I may be wrong but does it mean that you spent 2 mins in your fat burning zone and 31 in your cardio zone. These are worked out according to your heart rate. You take 220 and minus your age from it. That gives you your maximum heart rate! You burn fat whn your heart rate sits at 60 percent of that number whislt exercising…
