And just to add to the above I have done a check and 4 out of 6 days last week I was over my sodium intake. I failed to log yesterday but just know I would have been way over due to barbecue for dinner and wine partying with friends! May be just a light bulb moment as to why I am struggling at the moment.

I've been with MFP for around 5 years. My weight has gone from bad to good and back to bad again. I am wanting to lose 15 kilos - with goals set at 5kg increments. Happy for you to add me as a friend for support. It is a much better journey when you have support from others.

I should add that I added the recipe into my recipes on MFP and the calculated calories were 474 per 1/8 serve. So halving a serve it makes it quite suitable for a fast day at 237 calories and leaves plenty left over to freeze for another day.
