My goal is 1500 and I try to get at least a 30 min workout 4 times a week...sometimes it's a 60 min workout 3 times a week. I try not to eat back all my calories that i've burned though

^^ This is what i usually try to do...i end up eating two slices of a delight pizza without feeling guilty. However the time i get all the greasy, full fat pizzas I cut one of the bigger slices in half [because I'm used to eating 2 slices]. In either case I enjoy it and move on :wink:

Hello all! :flowerforyou: I'm 22 and 5'2"....i started this journey at 197lbs and now weigh 168! I have about 30-35lbs left to lose until I reach my goal of being between 130 and 135. It has taken me almost a year to lose the 29lbs and I look forward to share this experience with other fun sized people like myself :drinker:

^^ Same here...i log walks, house keeping, and even gross motor games i play with my preschoolers esp if we play tag, plus my intentional exercise. I think it's all about what works for you

I started out at 194 lbs [in march 2011]. Then I gained 3lbs so 197 was my highest [august 2011]. I'm currently 168 and my goal is to be between 130 and 135 lbs. I'm 5'2", so that should be a good goal for me.

Thank you all so much! Your adice is very much appreciated :happy: I plan on doing what i need to do; if that means getting up a little earlier or taking 10-15mins breaks from homework then i will do it. I'm not going to let my busy school scedule get in the way of me becoming a better me. I have to take charge :smile:

I use it....it helps you monitor you're fat intake (i started using it because i was always going over my fat; like 102g a day...not good). The only side effect i had was [when i had too much fat at a meal/for the day] an oily spotting that accompanied gas. After this happening twice, i've learned to really pay attention…

DONE So much for splitting them up....i was in the groove so i just did the 50 at once (on each side for a total of 100) and another 10 (on each side).

I don't always eat back my exercise calories...i try not to for the most part. I usually have a deficit of 330-400...210 at minimum I drink 64oz of water a day

I try to weigh and measure out everything before consuming it, when i can't find it in MFP then i add my food using the info on the package and go from there.
