First off congats!! According to the bmi chart i should be between 119-125 but that's bever gonna happen (i've never been that small in terms of weight). My GW is 130-135 because that's where i feel i'll be healthy but not look too thin..im halfway there CW 162 (down from 198)

I use no more than 1-2 tsp of non dairy creamer which gives me 10-20 calories & no more than 2 tbsp of splenda in my coffee (every morning)

I gave up all sweets, sodas & fast/fried foods....so far so good :)

Plan it & make it work....i'll have 1-2 during the week & 3-4 on weekends (that's with any alcoholic beverage). I try to work out extra & eat a little less (in terms of serving size). Hope this helps :)

Thank you all for the great advice! :happy: It was just a bit confusing at first but now i'm feeling better about the situation....i plan on sticking to 1 scale [mines] and measurements. I also will use my clothing as a way to measure my progress. :drinker:
