Eat more! If you are working out 5xs a week, you should be eating up around 1900 calories I like this calculator. I am never hungry and still losing weight http://www.fat2fitradio.com/tools/bmr/ ETA: from personal experience- eating at your BMR is a setup for failure. It will Work for a little while, but then you will…

I share mine - don't really care what people think about what I eat. I like to look at others who have been successful long-term in losing and keeping weight off to see what their maintenance diary looks like

According to my Polar HRM - I only burned 130-160 doing 30DS - the amount you will burn depends on your fitness level.
-
I gained #3 the first month of Insanity - lost that #3 and a couple more - not much weight loss, but did lose several inches
-
Have you tried to up your caloric intake? If your ticker is accurate and you are #14 from your goal weight - you should up your calories a bit. Try 1500. Drink MORE WATER! Your body needs water to repair the muscles that you are working out.
-
Your BMR is over 2200. You are way under eating
-
It must be sustainable, since I've pretty much been the same for many months! I do like how I look, but wish my thighs were a little smaller - but they are muscular, not fat - so I guess that's okay, I'd rather be muscular than skinny
-
No stretch marks here- my son was #9 11oz. No one would ever see my incision - it's very low. I guess I just wonder if I even really have anymore 'fat' to lose?
-
I did get calipers with Insanity and according to those, I am 13% body fat - which is why I'll go with the 17 - sounds more realistic. I do have children - 2, 15 and 4 ... which were both delivered via C-section.

I thought I might be eating low (I do have 2 really LOW days a week because I work afternoon shift and don't really get a lunch break) On those really low days, I try to eat more the day after (zig-zagging the calories). According to the schoobydoo site, 1600-1700 is what I should be aiming for - which is what I try to do.…

Starting Beta phase of T25 tomorrow :) I really love Alpha Speed 1.0 -
-
Where are you fruits and veggies? It seems like a lot of prepackaged food - do you take vitamins too?
-
I'm not trying to 'doom and gloom' your diet. If it's working for you - great. If you keep the weight off, GREAT! The whole idea of the message boards is to help each other - just trying to share my experience, and from I've read - the experience of many :)
-
But could you eat 1200 calories for the rest of your life? Wouldn't you rather do something that is sustainable? It really sucks to get to your goal weight only to start gaining it back because you 'eat normal' again - JMO Cuz I've been there!
-
I did eat 1200 calories when I first started MFP - and knew NOTHING about dieting - this is why I came to MFP - it was all mapped out for me and all I had to do was follow it. I lost #38 I kept that weight off for about 1½I went up into a maintenance level - and within 6 months, I gained back #18. From only eating 1200…

YEP!

I'd be starving!
-
I don't - I go to http://www.fat2fitradio.com/tools/bmr/ I input my current weight and my goal weight the same (what my weight is now) and then I calculate my calories and I eat 400-500 less than my activity level. I am currently eating around 1500-1600

I saw a picture of myself at a family reunion. I don't think I had actually seen anything below my neck in years. My SIL had tagged me on facebook - I thought immediately about untagging myself, but instead, I did something about it. I leave that picture up in my album to remind myself how far I have come.

Well, that's not 100% true - http://cutthefatpodcast.com/1641/fat-loss-podcasts/episode-56-exterminating-the-calorie-myth-an-interview-with-jonathan-bailor-of-the-smarter-science-of-slim

T25 Alpha Total Body Circuit and T25 Speed 1.0 - not a double disc day, but I feel lazy when I only do 1
-
I type in T25- Alpha Cardio and search - when it doesn't find it, I then create a new one and put in my time and amount of calories burned - but I use an HRM - if you aren't using an HRM - you'll have to guess your calories burned -
-
This is an OLD post - lol - I got down to 127 and held that for quite a while and then got lazy, stopped logging and exercising and went back up to 144! Here I am again - started back up in February and lost #13 - down to the last few - feel free to add me!
-
I always just assumed that if you lost the weight slower your metabolism would adjust slowly too so you wouldn't gain the weight back when you went into maintenance ... NO?
-
MFP is Free. You have the tools and the knowledge if you've already lost #40. I'd stick with MFP. You need to make it a lifestyle, not a temporary thing, or it will always come back.

It's best if you use a Heart Rate monitor - I'd suggest the Polar Ft4 if you want something cheaper and basic - there's a great deal here: http://www.heartratemonitorsusa.com/polar-ft4f-bronze-h1.html Everyone is different. Depending on your level of activity, healthy, weight, height - you will burn a different amount of…

agreed! I brought my son for a routine check up last spring and the doctor looked at me and said, "You might think he's under weight but he's EXACTLY where he needs to be percentile wise. We are so used to seeing overweight children that when we see healthy ones, we think they are under weight" - and I DID think my son was…

after I lost weight people would say, " *I* didn't think you were *that* big to begin with". 1) I didn't do it for anyone but myself 2) on a scale from small to big - how big is *that* big? Now I hear, "You don't need to lose anymore weight" I'm an neither trying or not trying to lose weight. I am trying to tone and…
