I finished 30 Day shred and just finished day 17 of extreme shed and shred. My Boflex scale says I have 19.2% body fat (how accurate? I have no idea) The bottom right and the top right puxs are both day 17 of each program. And yes, I took rest days :)

question about calories
I have a bowflex scale that tells me water weight, body fat %, bmr, bone density, etc. According to my scale, at my current weight 2142 calories are needed to maintain my weight. BMI - how much do you depend on your BMI #
My BMI at 5'2" is 25.29 putting me at 'overweight'. I wear a size 0-4 jeans depending on the brand. My picture from this morning- Do you think the BMI is a good indication of a healthy weight? I know I have a muffin - top I'm working on it, but what do you think about the standards for the BMI?

Exercises to increase butt?
After losing almost 30# and just finishing up 30 day shred, my butt is gone. I have no butt! It even hurts to sit because it's so bony. WTH? I was doing Russian twists and I had to use a pillow because it hurt to sit on the floor. Are there any exercises to increase the gluteus Maximus???

do you do anything other than 30DS?
I have been doing The Wii Biggest Loser Challenge, Wii Gold's Gym Cardio Workout and some random workout videos on Youtube. Honestly, I just feel that 30DS is not enough exercise for me. I guess I want it NOW :) Although the last time I did lose a lot of weight it did 'only' take 3 months.

how heavy are your hand weights?
I was using 3# and my friend convinced me to get 5# because the workout will be so much harder. I don't know. I was going to do my 3rd day of level 2, but couldn't bring myself to pick up those damn weights. I walked around Walmart with them and a gallon of milk and thought I was going to die!

TDEE & MFP settings question
I used the TDEE calculator on the scooby workshop site and let's say my TDEE is 2000, my BMR is 1350 and my caloric needs according to my activity level is 1490. Do I change my MFP to 1490 and sedentary and NOT log my exercise? Or do i leave it 1200 set my activity level to 3-5 days week and eat back my exercise calories?…

weight loss and feeling cold
I have lost a little over 18% of my body weight and find that I often feel cold. It was 74° outside yesterday and I had to have a hoodie on. I work in a restaurant and the kitchen was probably around 95° and people were complaining about the 'heat', but I was comfortable. Does this have to do with losing the fat????
