Exercises to increase butt?

After losing almost 30# and just finishing up 30 day shred, my butt is gone. I have no butt! It even hurts to sit because it's so bony. WTH? I was doing Russian twists and I had to use a pillow because it hurt to sit on the floor. Are there any exercises to increase the gluteus Maximus???

SQUATS!
& lunges0 -
Squats! Do higher weights with a lower # of reps to increase muscle size. And make sure you're eating enough0

Lay flat on your tummy, rest your chin on your arms and lift one leg at a time directly behind your head as high as you can go while keeping both hips on the floor. Do slow lifts, fast lifts, hold your leg up, pulse it until you feel the burn then keep going. repeat on the other side. Keeping the same format, you can also lift your leg, bend the knee and flex the foot toward the ceiling and push up. I have seen dramatic changes in my little butt doing these regularly.0

[I posted this in another thread, so apologies if you've already read it!]
my booty is my best success story and favorite body part! my boyfriend loves it too Here's how I did it!
Lots of squats and lunges (but not ONLY those. read on) Make sure your form is good, and get as LOW as you can. For both squats and lunges, your thighs should be a little below parallel to the floor on every rep. Keep your core tight and your chest up and facing forward (bend over as little as possible with your upper body). Once you can do a lot of those with great form, add weights (one in each hand, or hold one weight or kettlebell in front of your chest). Jump squats are AMAZING- probably the most effective thing. Get loww!
More amazing butt exercises (google/youtube if you don't know how to do them): curtsy lunges, JUMPING LUNGES, pretty much all plyometrics (jumping moves), BRIDGES, walking lunges with weights in each hand, and kick-backs (stand really still, tight core and butt, hands on hips, and kick your leg back and slightly out in a slow, controlled way. should feel it on the side of your butt. these are incredibly effective for targeting the "side butt" muscle and shaping it!)
Leg lifts from plank position are also great, as well as wall sits. You don't need a gym to get a great booty workout, although adding weights will take it to the next level when you're ready. And take the stairs whenever possible during the day- and run up them as fast as you can!
I learned all of these moves from my former personal trainer, who is a fitness figure model and competitor. she knows how to make a booty- people at the gym said they could tell who her clients were because we all had the best butts!0 -
if you want a nice butt then do weighted squats.0
