30# loss with pictures

I started at 162# and am down to about 131# - I am 5'3"

I have finally reached 30# of weight loss in only 4 short months. I got off of my butt and started moving. It REALLY does work!

The July 2, 2010 photo was from a family reunion last year. I thought I looked GOOD! When my sister tagged me in that photo, I was so embarassed - but I left it on FB to remind me of how far I have come

The shorts I was wearing in the July 2 picture - EEK!

These were my 'go to' jeans that I practically lived in because they were so comfortable and about the only pair of jeans that I actually fit in anymore

I have definition in my arms again - and my legs got so much smaller - I didn't realize how big they really were until I put on my 'go to' jeans

    Many times I thought how I don't feel like working out and just want to sit on the computer or watch tv - then I would go to the success stories forums and read all of the success stories and be re-inspired by them. Sometimes it still is a struggle to get my butt moving, but once I start, it actually is FUN. I have only been walking and working out with the Wii Active 2! The Wii Active 2 seriously is a great workout!
