I finished 30 Day shred and just finished day 17 of extreme shed and shred. My Boflex scale says I have 19.2% body fat (how accurate? I have no idea)
The bottom right and the top right puxs are both day 17 of each program.
And yes, I took rest days

Extreme Shed and Shred is another workout program by Jillian Michaels. There are 2 levels. She 'claims' that each level is 30 minutes. That's A LIE! If done individually, level 1 is 36 minutes Level 2 is 51 minutes. When done together the total workout is 80 minutes (becasue you cut out one warm up and one cool down) It's the same concept as 30 Day shred, but level one has 4 circuits, level 2 has 5 circuits. I have been doing Level 1&2 together on most days (burn over 500 calories) or depending on how much time I have I'll do one by itself.0 -

I took rest days and because the total workout of 30Day shred is only 27 minutes, I did something with it - one day I'd do the wii biggest loser challenge game or the wii cardio workout game. I tried to get in an hour of workout on days that I worked out. Four -5 days a week.0 -
