Probably not enough calories. You are near your goal, so you should be eating near maintenance- not more than 500 calorie deficit (from what I've found from reading a lot of info). I'd think more like 1500-1600.

I don't go to the gym, I workout by myself in my basement, just me and my DVDs. I like to wear my sports bra to the beach under my tank tips on non-workout days too. I'd like something that looks good even if I'm not working out. The uniboob is uncomfortable, unflattering and makes them look even bigger. Not a fan. At all.

I like my juicer, but it's one of those things that I go through spells. I saved the pulp and tossed it into banana bread. I did 30ds successfully and am currently on day 23 of extreme shed and shred and day 3 of ripped in 30 (mixing it up a bit). One tip- I took extra strength Tylenol at bedtime to alleviate the pain. After 3 days I felt great! Stick with it, it works!! I incorporated at least one (often 2) rest days a week.

I have actually never been to a gym, but I have a 3-year old with me all day. Just easier to hop out if bed, get my workout in and get on with my day rather than driving somewhere and finding a sitter
