i feeled like i needed alot more to eat after todays. that why im asking the question. also i add back on 500 calories a day before i start. so i was eating 900 more than normal.

well i push it 3 set of 10 at least 8-10 diff workouts with the most weight i can do. but i do cardio right after 15- 30 mins
