Walked 3 miles on the treadmill for the first time in years yesterday, so just did day 2 of level one in shred today.. and it seemed harder the second day then the first. I think I did the push-ups with a little more umph this time. I'll have to wear my hrm the next time I do it tomorrow to see how I'm doing on burning…

sweettart- I actually have a bad cold at the moment to and can definately relate. I've been taking cold meds and trying to keep up with the workouts with extra water, throat drops, and making sure the room isn't too cold. Cold air seems to make my throat feel worse when I'm sick. Take care and keep up the good work!

Thanks for posting your tummy pics and telling how you did it. It's great to see that one can really lose the "c-section" tummy.
