I used to eat high calorie non-nutrious food and its crazy how easy it was to do that cause I was always hungry for the better food that I needed. Now that I eat better quality food (mainly lots more protien and less carbs.. mainly whole grains when I do).. I don't eat nearly as much before filling full.

I love the salad idea. I keep saying I'm going to try and eat atleast one salad a day.. This idea would help me out a lot. One of my favorite dinners is turkey burgers cooked on the grill with sweet potato fries. another is lemon pepper chicken and veggies.

you could also freeze a bottle of water (only fill it up about 1/2 way) and then roll your foot over it as well to see if that helps.

probalby want to make sure you're getting enough protien with doing the insanity workouts. plus make sure you are eating enough calories for the extra workouts as well. and lastly water .. water.. and more water..

I think a little bit harsh just cause you don't know her story. Maybe she's just starting back at a gym and she was getting back to it. I tried to start 30ds a couple times as well. Once did it 2 days in a row, and another 3 days in a row. I'm in to see if I can complete it. whoot whoot!! I could tell a difference in my stanima just from the little bit I did before, so I know this will be good for me. :bigsmile:

From what I've learned, you'll actually burn more fat in zone 1 and 2. Once you get into the higher zones, you start to burn sugars and less fat, and work more on improving your cardio. So if you want to lose weight the lower zones are the way to go. I can burn around 500-600 doing a lo-impact type aerobics class.. easy.…

I like yogurt as well, but greek yogurt even when flavored reminds me of a think think sour cream sauce like one would serve with meat. I'm sticking to yoplait light yogurt cause I get enough protien with a daily whey protien shake.

I wish it were true that there were negative calorie foods. Although there are not, there are definately foods that are better for us health wise to eat then others.
