I am on my last week of round one and I have since lost 14 pounds but more than that I lost a lot of inches. Have to agree I also find the odd ones harder then even. 12 wasn't hard except those wheel push ups. But I also think the one that pushed me harder then any of the other ones was 12!

All I have to say about 12 is WOW. That was the hardest I have ever pushed myself and I can do things that 80 days ago I never thought I would be able to do! I felt so good after this workout!

I started week 9 today. Wow what a workout! I was really impressed though how much I could push myself to at try everything! I have to say one thing I love about this workout program is that you change it up every 2 weeks and the further you get the harder it gets! I have lost 51 pounds without a special diet. I just count calories and watch how much I eat! I have actually noticed I can't eat as much as I used to! So yes it can be done. It really is all about moderation and will power!

My husband was in the army and was deployed to Iraq 3 times. Two of those times I was a "single" mom. When he was deployed it was easier to eat at a fast food restaurant rather then to cook. Then I used the excuse I "didn't" have time to do anything about it.

I met mine when I was 18. We were both Seniors in High school. We started dating in April he left for basic training in July. We then got engaged in December and married in March! 10 years later with 2 kids and 8 years of the army!

The only thing I have really given up is pop (soda), everything else if I really want it I only eat a little of it and only if the calories allow me too, but it isn't often I have fried or sweet foods.
