Recommendations
i would like to get some kind of device that will help me to have a better acknowledgement of how many calories I am burning a day. I have seen different kinds from a heart rate monitor to the fit bit to mytrak . I was just curious as to what you use and if you would recommend it?

What Exercise do you use?
I started off doing the elliptical, but got bored with that so moved on to Tabeo. I am not getting bored with that but I think I need something need to change things up. I do not want to go back to the elliptical for fear I will get bored and stop. I am just looking to see what other people use and what people like.
