just enter the nutritional info yourself. it should be on the food package. i live in the middle east and i often do that. but many foods are actually already listed on the database.

i second taking a walk! it's SO hard to just get up and out of the house, but even a 20 minute walk does wonders for my mood. maybe you can force yourself to get some air and sunshine!

I really understand what you're going through and just wanted to say that it's really strong of you to accurately log everything you eat, even (especially) if you eat 3500. I can't bring myself to record my calories when they're really over. It's a huge step to recovery, in my opinion.

I'm on day 2 of Level 1. It's short but intense (at least I think so)! I wish I had weights, but since I don't, I'm using cans of tomato paste (pretty much anything else would slosh around and be annoying.) I think the workout is hardest on my arms! They burn so bad! It's great obviously :)

if you would have the same volume of fat and muscle, the muscle would weigh more. same as saying "solid gold weighs more than feathers". when comparing weight, it's obvious that you are talking about identical volumes. you don't have to specify. (note- a pound of gold = a pound of feathers.)

try this: "mom, i really appreciate you making sure that there's something healthy at the bbq. would you mind if i could have my vegetables without the oil? i'm just trying to be extra careful... would that be ok?" chances are, it will be ok.
