Thanks for writing. Was there any particular technique the therapist uses to address binge eating if you please? I haven't found a therapist with any particular experience.

5'10' and 151 pounds, goal weight 145 (anything under 150) BUT can't get there. 1200 - 1300 calories a day, which feels like punishment because I have to stay away from the kitchen. but it is better than feeting fat. I am curvy (DD) and old 65.

OK my friend. I am 5 foot 10.5 inches and weigh 153. I love to weigh 150. I eat about 1200 calories plus whatever I exercise. For exercise I do aerobics 6 days a week for 30 minutes a day at home, and about 5 minutes of weight lifting 6 days a week: arms, chest/back, legs/ and repeat on days 4,5,6. I am not at all skinny.…

I totally agree. I freeze a tray of low fat milk cubes. I put them in my cuisinart with 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, half a peeled and then frozen banana and some stevia. Sometimes I add instant coffee. Needs a couple tablespoons of liquid, Use the cuisinart, and you have a QUART of milkshake. TRY AND BEAT THAT ANYBODY…

Yep, forgive yourself. We all have weaknesses. You have just motivated me to pitch the stupid brownies a "friend" brought over. Tired of saving them for hubby and looking at them. Also the "shrimp chips" another family brought over, not to mention the "400 gold dollar chocolates" another friend brought over. GEEZ!!!!!
