  • How frustrating. I am glad you are not gaining, and suspect that your body is just adjusting to being in this weight range, and will start dropping pounds in 2 weeks given that you are sticking to it. Be tough and hang in there.
  • The cool thing is that you will NOT want to go back to it. Keep a big tumbler of water within reach or passing, like at work if that applies, and at home. If you go to a bar ask for soda water with a lemon rather than liquor in soda.

  • cardio half hour, leisurely stroll 3 miles, hire contractor, drink water, mailbox, buy cd, remember that taking coffee and dessert (which I could then not eat much of) and having sparkling water and playing with kids got me through a dinner ok.

  • Thank you for your reply. I am starting a lacing project to help keep me out of the kitchen. Also I have put a big glass of water by the entry to the kitchen to remind me that I do not have to feed my face every time I am near the kitchen.
