I use it but I don't follow the program to a T... I do other exercises as well and I've been about to get in better shape with the help of it..... the way the videos are done though might make you not like it.... (the main reason why i don't do it as often as the schedule says i should haha)

I read (forgot where) that it is actually better to eat after you work out because thats when your body its trying to build up more nutrients for itself..... since you lost some while working out...... I think as long as you eat in the morning you'll fell better during the day and you will also have a better chance at…
