I got mine on March 1st. I have used it mainly to track sleep and steps. I don't use it to log food or exercise since I already do that here. I do like seeing my sleep patterns and how many steps I take. With the little sayings it keeps me motivated to move more.

Thank you so much for taking the time to answer. That is what I have been doing...just want to make sure I was right. Some of the girls in that class are killing the calories and I have to keep reminding them I much older than them but I am there Keeping UP with their young bodies.

You are doing amazing! Even being stuck for so long you kept at it and you can really see the difference in the photos.

I just started having problems with mine doing the same thing. I did notice that my bra was folding up under the strap so I made sure I used a different bra and I still had problems today. Tomorrow I will make sure the strap is clean and wet before class. Hopefully it will work and I will get a correct reading.

I am not a granma yet...but I will be one day. What I wanted to share was my mom. This past winter we went skiing with my children and I invited my mom, my kids were thinking she would sit in the lodge most of the day drinking cocoa and boy did she prove them wrong. She skied all day and was looking for more the next day.…

A friend had the lapband and yes she has lost weight. However, she is no longer as much fun to be around she belches constantly, eats sweets all the time (cause they go down easy) and is FREQUENTLY throwing up because she ate too fast or didn't chew enough etc. She is much more short tempered and I would guess…

I started going to the gym a while back and was nervous at first as well. And the instructor said something like the hardest part of working out at the gym was getting in the door. I kept that in mind and continued going. Most people in the gym are there to workout and stay healthy and don't really have time to worry about…
