Hello, I am a first time mummy wanting to shed some kilos. I have always struggled with my weight. I did have a long healthy period but it was slowly deteriorating before I fell pregnant. I am excited about MFP and can't wait to see my progress. Happy to motivate and be motivated:)

I am adding the 500 calories extra found in food and my supply is ok. I only had one day where it went down but that was due to an extremely hot day when I didn't hydrate myself properly I think. Best of luck:) J

Hi Kate548, I had my baby almost 5 months ago and I am trying to lose weight too. My goal is 20 Kilos (44 pounds). I am 1.68cm and I weigh 69.3 (152.78 Lbs). I am also exclusively breastfeeding. Happy to motivate and be motivated:-) Jackie
