I'm the same height. I think your goal is reasonable as long as you're losing your weight in a healthy manner and your workout goals are reasonable. Keep it up! You're doing wonderful :)

I like soy a lot. Soy milk, tofu, almonds, peanuts, cottage cheese, chick peas, lentils, beans But like previous poster mentioned, protein shakes are probably the best way to go.
